Do boys get headband references?
Anyway, Matt is worried about me. I'm pretty sure they're stress headaches, but I got them even on my two days of bereavement. Not looking forward to work tomorrow.
My puppy is so lovable this week, such a sweet boy. I just love it when he's not tearing up the house.

Yes, we do. But we think horizontal headband like on basketball players. Not headbands with little cleats that dig into your head.
I actually get that headache a LOT! It's related to the jaw muscle (which I'm quite familiar with having TMJ). I was given a massage tip to help combat against those headaches, go past your eyes (maybe a little higher?) and rub back and forth horizontally in small motions kind of by your hairline. Hope that works!!
